We keep our crop list intentionally focused so every variety we grow produces exceptional flavor.
Culinary Director and Cofounder Peter Kolavo curates our Seasonal Wild Kits around what's ripe, and Chief Grower and CoFounder Samantha Edwards ensures the garden also produces small-batch preserves and heirloom seedlings you won't find at the garden center.

Summer, in a box. We’ve hand-picked five unique heirloom tomato varieties at their absolute peak: deep-ribbed Costoluto Genovese, tangy Burmese Sour, and indigo-shouldered Indigo Chocolate among them. Paired with fiery cayenne, sweet Jimmy Nardello peppers, red onion, and rosemary or thyme straight from the beds. Add our sourdough and Amish butter and you’ll agree that this is what summer tastes like.
